These Glass Filter Reactor Systems are best-in-class for isolate powder production, crystallization, and other reactions. The reactor, filter housing, and vacuum/temperature equipment are integrated into mobile carts. They have easy off-loading of isolate cake material with filter housing mobile cart. The turnkey system uses the highest quality, pharma-grade components from world-class manufacturers such as Asahi, Agilent, Heidolph, and Huber. This reactor system allows CBD isolation within 4-6 hours.
We are selling the reactor with the chiller as a bundle. The model A45 Julabo chiller is designed for precise temperature control as well as rapid temperature changes. Highly efficient components give this instrument the ability to compensate for exothermic and endothermic reactions with extraordinary speed. Features a heating capacity of 6kW and cooling capacity of 0.3kW.
